HELP- with payment

I'm having problems paying with switch.

I have checked on rightnow and they claim that wanadoo support payment with switch solo and the rest , now when I logged in to pay, I only have 3 options ;

1.Eurocard/MasterCard

2.Visa

3.American Express

I have tried entering details on all 3 , but have had no success , can some1 help me please.

I need to play :sleeping: i'm bored wivout daoc

Try a diffrent browser mate, I had to resubscribe today and it gave me 5 methods of payments - switch was one of them.

might sound daft but in the details screen is your country set to uk? if its not then there wont be a switch payment method

As has been advised, I use Switch to pay for my account and have no problems.
