help with parry/block % please

Does anyone have a programme that tells you the % on parry/block please?

or if I tell you stats/skills etc... could somebody tell me what I need to cap the %?

you can never cap it due to people with higher weapon skills.

Yeah I use that but I'm not sure which is right or wrong hehe

on the right side it reads the following:

evade : 15.63% - - - - - - - [ ] alt. DEX calculation
parry : 47.4% - - - - - - - - to Parry or Evade : 55.62%
block : 56.9% - - - - - - - - to Parry, Block or Evade : 80.87%

but when I tick the box on ([ ] alt. DEX calculation) I have the following

evade : 15.63% - - - - - - - [X] alt. DEX calculation
parry : 37.2% - - - - - - - - to Parry or Evade : 47.01%
block : 46.7% - - - - - - - - to Parry, Block or Evade : 71.76%

So I'm abit confused hehe

I heard charplan once duelled a yank and he had his calculations done that he was gonna win , but yank walkthruowned charplan

I've been told by GoA that charplan can try to guess calculations, but they don't know the maths they use in game, anyways you can download charplan and other stuff Here

Bah i always thought that any calculation was shit.
Unless Mythic publish the real equation behind it, it's all guessing.
And anyway nowadays you face more than just melee dudes .. so
