Hi.
See you sorted it, but was curious as to what the answer was.
I dragged a link to the same place and had a look about.

You need to find your toolbar.ini

Mine is in C:\Documents and Settings\quige\Application Data\Opera\Opera7\profile

Open this up and search for [Bookmarks Panel Toolbar]

Mine looked like this after I dragged the DynDNS.org link to it.

[Bookmarks Panel Toolbar]
Button style=2
Large Images=0
Wrapping=1
Button0, " DynDNS.org -- Services -- Custom DNS Support "="Go to page, "http://www.dyndns.org/services/custom/support.html", "", , "Go to page""
Button1, "Add"="Add to bookmarks, , "", , "New bookmark" | New bookmark, , "", , "New bookmark""
Button2, "New folder"="New folder, , "", , "New folder""
Button3, "View"="Show popup menu, "Bookmarks Panel View Menu", "", , "View""

So just delete the relevant entry, Button0 in my case. Rename the other buttons all down one and restart Opera.

Hope this helps if it happens again. :)
