Hiyas, I recently managed to finally upgrade my pc to something vaguely ok but since having performed a fresh install of XP I'm currently getting huge slow down for the following reason:
I open up task manager and in there is a process called
DLLHOST.EXE (under system) that is taking up 99-100% of my CPU every 2 or 3 secs!
=====
I'm sure it's not a virus and have performed all the usual scans for trojans etc. and have come up with nothing.
Can someone tell me what dllhost.exe does and how I can stop it from hogging my CPU?
