Help w/ RM Template

As the title says, this template is for my RM (Tao - 50supp/20RC when he eventually dings 50)

I'm having trouble with it, specifically I want to get rid of the hideious piety overcapping without losing any of the TOA bonuses.

I could definatly live w/o GoV. But Croc's Tear Ring, BoTM, Band of Stars and Traldor's are things i'd really want if at all possible. I'd probably lose my sanity if I had to level more than 5 artifacts though so i'm not sure if I can get everything I want.

Another thing that would be nice is the full +11 for RC.

I know its asking a lot, but any help would be appreciated
(btw, no telling me my spec is gimped. I made Tao with the idea in mind that i'd primarily use him in PvE+Keep defense. Not so much in open RvR... that and spears are cool )
