I find it's better if you try to do it in short bursts....so like where as if you was to walk, you'd get 1 meter and fall over - quick burst(may result in vomitting) you would get 4 meters xD

Use the Print screen button, it's next to the f12 button on most standard keyboards, once you have done that then open up MS paint and press CTRL and V and it will paste it into MS paint.
