Help! - Shield Dmg Factors

hi!

just a quick question about shield speccing:


what factors into the dmg you do with a shield style, i alredy know it depens on the material and the shield type, etc. what i need to know is what ability (str, dex) factors into the dmg, and how dex and qui affects your blocking chances.

just str affects dmg I think.

Dex affects your chance to block, the size of the shield affects the number of people you can block at one time. Qui just affects speed you attack with your shield I think?
