Help request on Sulphine's demise quest

Hi,

I can't seem to get the quest from either Macalena or Arnkalta in Haggerfel as indicated in Warcry. I am a shadowblade (lvl 25)

Does anyone know if the European version has a different NPC to give the quest or what ??

Thanks for your help guys, I need the sword, mine is crap !

I think you need to do some other quest prior to this or maybe you have to be of certain race. I know some quests are limited to certain races (or if you prefer, to certain starting towns).

As a dwarf thane I could do this quest both in beta and in release.

Race/Class doesn't matter as far as I know. Always got it from Arnkatla at lvl 23.

If you need a Flameforged Sword, gimme a tell ingame. Should have got some in vault.

I've found a number of those "any race/any class" quests closed to one or more of my Alts. Might be for a number of reasons.
