HELP! RA3 server probs

erm folks..
I am trying to run a dedicated RA3 server for me m8s in clan Digital Nemesis. The server pings, does statuts and server infor etc all via rcon commander as though it were fine... but when they connect they get the first screen and thats it.. there are no aranas to play in?

I'm pretty sure it's a llama error on my part cos I am a complete dedicated server newbie...

ANY help would be appreciated... is there an RA3 FAQ that I can check newhere?

Dunno is this'll work but tell them to type /reconnect in their console, might help... Or you could send an e-mail to like the makers of ra3 or look at their FAQ
