thank you for instructions but i got the pic on my desktop and its not a link is there a way to do it from there i tried copy and paste but to no avail.

Go to Post Reply and then scroll down the page to 'manage attachments' and you should be able to attach the piccie from yer desktop.

...alternatively you could ask some nice gent or madam to host the piccie for you on their webserver and link from there.
