help needed quick plz

I just tryed getting into a server and get invalid authentication information appearing woot is this and how can i get rid of it. I have not been on a server to get banned and have a real copy of cs

Do you have all the updates? If not check http://www.counter-strike.net/ for any updates etc.

got 1.1 and hl patch. Clan BCK server don`t work but jolt do its getting on my nerves any ideas
