Help needed for ML2.10 - Tonight 20.30 CET / 7.30 PM GMT

Basicly we've tried several things, but for some reason we cant pull it off with our fg (our shield tank cant generate enough agro to keep the boss mob off our healers)... So to get past this step, I'm asking for help...

First a shield tank, 40+ shield ... Secondly, 2-3 healers / shamans...

We're bringing a shield tank, beserker, 3 healers, shaman and 2 sm's...

Plan would be to leave from stygia at 20.30 CET / 7.30 PM GMT, I'll be online 30-60 minutes earlier then this... If I get a shield tank + 2-3 healers, I wont mind filling up the rest with 'other chars'... Preferably some with ranged attacks to get rid of adds, but any will go as long as I get the shield tank + 2-3 healers... (there's only room for 4 'other chars' as I dont want to do this step with more then 2fg)
