Help needed - did anyone finish this game ??

Yup, you guessed it, I'm stuck in the single player game... here's where I'm at :

Mission : Incursion
Objective : Get to a house & steal some documents...

This is the mission where you've gotta basically take out a whole base of the enemy... 30 - 40 of them, on your own... there are 3 (maybe more) tanks & a bmp... I've taken the sniper rifle & a law launcher... the law can take out a tank & the bmp, and I can get about half of the camp with the sniper rifle... problem is, if I move, they see me, if I don't move, they figure out where I'm shooting from & park a tank on top of me

I've got the walkthrough which tells me to snipe the people, take out the tank & the bmp, run down the hill & hop in the shilka & cause havok with it... easier said than done...

Any ideas / suggestions ??

I actually managed to get into the house (forget all that shilka shit, it's impossible) by sneaking. Then I got caught straight away. I just cheated in the end

Got past it !!! Just sneaked all the way to the house around the back, went in, stayed there for about 5 minutes & crawled all the way back Just gotta catch Guba now

Same here, Korny. If I remember correctly I sneaked my way round that whole mission without killing anyone or bein seen. The odds are stacked way too high against you.

The Guba missions are pretty easy compared to some of the ones you've already done.

Well, I'm now on the 'Capture Guba' mission, and finding it pretty damn hard... did about 5 hours worth of trying last night (sad I know) and got to just within reach of his last SCUD missile, and promptly got shot down by a shilka or 3... I kinda keep killing him in the UAZ too... ah well, should have it finished tonight - it'll be the first game I've finished in ages

The only game I completed without cheating if I remember correctly was Jedi Knight II and Medal of Honour.

I got bored with MOH towards the end (forest level) - cheated & went around hammering the enemy with my pistol Not even gonna bother with JK2... started it, played it for about an hour... that's enough for me... got OFP : Red Hammer to start next

The game after you get the lightsaber is class, much more better than MoH imo.
