Help my friend ! PC problem!

my friend has got pc problem.... when he log onto daoc it crash and reset his pc....... he use a GeForce 6200!! he cant go on newer game either... please help him.

he say it feel very hot on the hotsink of graphic card .... its new graphics card... maybe he should take it back?

Ill bet 10 quid on graphics card drivers out of date / badly installed etc, and 5 quid on PSU.

Provide more info please. How does it crash? Whats the message? Have you tried borrowing a friends graphics card to make sure thats the problem? Which drivers are you using?
