I know this has been posted on here a long time ago but im looking for a little proggy which searches your HDD and removes all the addwear hidden in stupid little temp folders.

Searched the forums but with no luck

there is also a reference file update thing that keeps it upto date

Not any more. It's built-in to Ad-aware 6.
