I need some help.
There r a few servers that i try to go on and i cannot get into them. The message

"***Cant load Maps***" appears.

Does n e 1 know wat this means and how can i put it right???????????????

ah yes my friend.this means u aint got the maps.maybe u aint got the mod either.
normally u can download the map whilst connecting.(although it takes a long time on isdn...).
otherwise maybe u r connecting to ra3 or freeze or whatever and u dont have the mod.
check this webby for downloads.u can download almost any mod and its maps from here.

just turn allow_download on (allow_download 1) and it'll download the maps and stuff from the server.

Or look on BW's ftp (ftp.barrysworld.com) as it has all the quake 2 maps that are on the server there.

sorry i meant ra2...not ra3.was a bit pissed last night..
u find that command deathwatch is talking about in the multiplayer section of the quake2 menu.

cant find ctf maps

i have same probs with ctf-i keep getting "cant find maps ctf1 thru 5 even though i got the full exe mod from b/w ftp!
and the pak0.pak file


sorted it out no probs-just bein a bit thick
