first of all i got a healer

Second : I Hate TOA

But here is where all start......

I need to fix my new "TOA" template but i am confuse in case with the items...

What i mean is .......

Get artifacts with dex overcap? get items with +% bonus speed ?

I ve never wanna stay in toa but the reason is that i need the items if i wanna continue RVRing....

Here is the artifacts that "i think" ill need imo....

Healing Embrace Cloak , Belt Of The Moon , Kallares Necklass , Egg Of Youth..

Now the point is that no1 of those artifacts have a +% casting speed or a overcap dexterity...

So now the point is....

Stay with those artifacts or get some new ...

Btw i am afraid that with more artifacts ill get no template......

GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fook toa i hate it....

Btw the 4 artifacts i just mention i already have em.....

But ...

Make a template with now overcap dex and no +% casting speed ?

Then whats the point ....

Wave of healing and ae rez ?

Kinda lame.....
