I keep getting bad pings quite often, usually i get 190 pings on games, but i have been recently getting as much as 750

I had that problem some times resulted in 1. Needs a quick restart 2. HD full of crap 3. Stuff running in the backround (Ie. Close down the Virus-Killers but remember to turn it back on) I hope this helps
