Hey guys just resubbed too transfer my characters over and logged into Excal to find all 10 spaces are empty for char slots. Will i need to be giving them a ring if do can someone provide me with the up to date phone number cheers or any advice on how to solve this Problem. Cheers Wemeetagain.

650 628 1001 remember to type +1 first(US). I called em from Skype, way cheaper.

I'm having this issue as well - is there any way to get around it without phoning them?

Just got off (the very helpful & friendly) US customer service number - it seems I had both my US & EU account with the same user name and I forgot to add _eu to my european account so ended up paying for my US account - no wonder I couldn't find my characters.
