Help me play QW again!

Ever since i've been playing on my new computer i've had about 40-50 pl in QW but no other games on the same modem. I've tried in both GL and SW and tried default cfgs as well as ones off my old puter.

Either it's proxy lag you've left on since you last used it (you can tell from the netgraph if it's proxy induced), or your on a really shite ISP/server

Also check your rate/fps arn't too high, as that will flood your modem aswell. cl_maxfps 50 and rate 4000 should be fine for modem.
