I was stalking a hero and he was resting underwater near a zonewall,thing is i couldnt reach him no matter what.Could it be the current was too strong for a norseman ?Enlighten plx

The frontier has it's little buggy spots like mainlands do
There are invisible objects near the emp elders in hib frontier, was levelling up my lowbie shade and stealthing back to the milegate when i ran into an invisible barrier, tried to jump over it and got stuck inside, tried /stuck a few times which didnt work.
Tried to pull the emps to kill me using my DD's but kept getting oov on them, despite them being only 400 or so units away and in perfect los.

Maybe this was like that
