Help - I logged in at RightNow and can't ask questions?!

What should I do?

I logged in with username & password, clicked on all tabs I could find in My Stuff but I can't find a button that allows me to post a question. I am definitely logged in.

Help?

Forget it - it works now. Must read at least one FAQ to be able to post questions.
