Hey guys gonna right now this but just wondered if anyone could help.

doing scout epic, lvl 15 one....

i saw general vaul at tower, looked in chest, come back to tower...hes not there when quest says he is......HELP!

Had the same thing when my wife was doing it. There is a fix in 1.82 (I think it is, next patch, anyway).

We got round it by my doing the same quest with another character, which forced him to spawn.

I deleted quest and start it again then General Vaul was there
