help for lost emails

first sorry for my english.i think the english people even get not so much info then on german servers i try to help now what to do if you dont have an corret email adress.
this was posted in the german forum and i try to translate it:

Die Passwortverteilung selbst kann noch bis zum 28.8 morgens andauern. Bitte habt Geduld.

UPDATE: !!!!!!!

Es gibt momentan ab und an den Fall das die neuen Passwörter nicht funktionieren. Wartet in diesem Fall bitte ab und versucht es einfach in ein paar Studnen noch einmal, es kann unter Umständen an einem Synchronisationsproblem liegen.

Ansonsten schickt eine Mail an abo@goa.com, sollte sie mit einem Fehler zurückkommen, versucht es bitte erst in ein paar Stunden wieder, danke.


UPDATE:

Goa benötigt folgende Informationen:

- eueren Login-Namen
- evtl. Mainchar (inkl. Server)
- eure alte eMailadresse
- evtl. CD-Keys
- Postanschrift

Habt bitte Geduld, da die Bearbeitung des Neuversands und aller Anfragen sicher viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen wird.

ok i try to translate the importen things it started fron the first update

sometimes i could happen that your new password dont work.than wait a few hours because it must be synchronies
if it dont work after a few hours send an email to abo@goa
if your email got back becaus of a mistake try again a few hours later to send an email

if you change your email adress you hav to give goa some information
1: loginname
2: mainchar with server
3: old email adress
4 cd keys
5: postal adress

send this to abo@goa.com

Maybe this is helpful, but I would never send all that info to _that_ email adress. Why not let GOA sort it out ? And if that was coming from German GM or whatever, maybe it's meant for german players only ?

it came from a german gm i dont know if it work for the english people sorry.but i can tell you that it works by a guy from our guild .he had a new password that didnt work after he send it to abo@goa his new password worked.but i really dont know how fast they are if you have a new email adress.and yes i althoug think it is a little bit strange to send all this information to goa but what else will you do if you have a new email adress.and again it was a german gm posted in an offical forum(4 player)

abo@goa.com is the german version of subscription@goa.com - whether the same thing would work for subscription@goa.com I dunno
