Help finding a song!

I cant find a song i heard on the radio today. i know it exists. I've even heard it used on and advert on TV for satellite TV out here (Orbit but its not on the commercialbreaksandbeats site). But after googling, it doesnt seem to exist!


The only lyrics i can remember are something like "I whistle as i walk from pavement to pavement." It's also got a catchy whistley bit in it.

The closest i've managed to find on google is Halfway to Heaven, but that was a song by Celine Dion :S

Anyone else know what this song is? Its about 6 months or so old now i'd imagine, and its a black rappy type song.
