HELP: Eriny's bugged atm?

Was checking if Samut is up due to an artie raid with my guild in a few, and found Samut to be up at his island, but the 6 charms already on the ground at the main island, stuck, and doing nothing.. Any daoc volunteers around, or anyone who can help reset the encounter so we can try get it done please?

Encounter is only half-bugged I think. Charms still frozen on shore, but Samut still ported when we took a new set of charms and we got the drop/encounter when we killed it.
