I've just been ill for a week with my usual flu-esque thing. This time was pretty bad, and I've not been near the poota in ages.

I find in fluey/coldy situations a similiar cocoction works.
Take one Lemsip, a generous dash of your favourite spirit (preferably a dark one, rum or whiskey, brandy may work) a spoonfull of sugar, add lemonade, add a further dash of your favourite spirit, nuke for a minute and take it to bed.
