hello i've got a problem

when i download cs it is ok
but then when i go to install it it gets to about 80% install i get io error bad data etc any ideas

Download it again - it was probably corrupted during the download...

this is the second time ive d/led it from different sources

Reinstall your original hl and cs, then use the ingame auto updater to apcth them.

Or use patches u ahve to upgrade them to 1.1 and 1107 and use the pacthes u d/led.

Sounds like your install was already corrupt.

this is a fresh install of cs not a patch

i do play alot of dm and ag so the auto execs are tweaked a bit

so you think my original hl is buggered then its such an arseache to save all my skins and maps not to mention my configs
