PS: I'm now level 10 after Belar, Burnsy and myself went Worg hunting in the Myrkwood and were getting 2000+ xp a pop for each one.

You need to get to level 10.
Once there you go to the hall behind the main part of jordheim. It's a bit difficult to find but look down side street and stuff.
The easiest way I know is to come in the mularn entrance and then turn left towards that large tent thing with all the trainers/traders. Before you actually move towards it, you'll see the big wall made of what look like wood. Turn right dwon beside it and in front of you there a grassy slope heading up deeper into jordheim. Wander around there and you'll find some stone steps. Up there's a hall with some guy named "name giver" or something. Just speak to him and he'll tell you what to do.
Only problem is you can't change it once it's set so make it a goodun.
Baring that, just go into Jordy and ask someone where the guy is.
