Can sumone please help me?Yesterday (and today) i tryed to pay my account at www.camelot-europe.com at the sup page.When i loged in and tryed to choose how many months i will pay,put the only thing it sayed was "Unable to modify your supscription.An invoive is currently in progress".I sended an emain to costomer suport put they dint even send me an emain back.Now what should i do? Does it stay like this forever?

Emain can be found in the game, they don't send individual emains to people.












I kid!! Umm, the sub pages have been acting funky since the man invented the preverbial internet wheel. I suggest that you wait for an hour or two, read a book or even (gasp!) go outside for a while and try again. Ofcourse you could just pack your bags and go deliver the message to GOA personally, but from past experience, GOA bunker is really hard to find and even harder to (OH!) penetrate.

Yea i have tryed 2 days already and w8ted like 10 hours whitout loging to the sup page and still cant pay.Why in the hell cant they just fix the problem whit the sup pages and let ppl pay theyr acc's...this is the second month this has happened to me.

Noone knows what GOA are up to these days. Avoiding this is easy though, put it on autorenew when you do get through.

Though, quitting becomes a problem then

If you want to change type of payment or duration of subscription period,
you must let run out current period of subscription.
To do so, you must deselect automatic renewal of subscription.

After it runs out, you should be able to choose again from full list of opportunities.
But have in mind, not all kinds of payment are available for all countries.
