A thanks to GOA to bring some extras to the game, and a message to the ones who werent there: this evening (wednesday) there will be again (thats what i heard anyway) an activity on the grass between TNN and MM again: probably you can test your skills against a hero (last evening it was a blademaster). So polish up your weapon, bring your armor and your purse! (around 19.30 - 20.00 CET)
Also a question to the crier who was spreading the word in TNN, how long have you walked around? I (Faraday the champion)have been following you twice around TNN, but many people i asked to come hear just ignored me (daoc has a bit the tendency to ignore the lower level guys (probably more something about the person behind the keyboard, but soit)) until a ranger (doringard or something, dont remember his name exactly) at last came listening to the crier too and then the folks started to gather.
So if anyone sees something weird, like a bard in scale(!) who you have never seen before, try to give 1 copper to him/her, and if a trade box appears it isnt an NPC so spend 5 minutes listening, you never know...
I would really like more of this stuff, like 8 person group challenges. Would be great to watch that.
oh, and i forgot the name of the friendly blademaster last night (i just cant remember names ), but: cheers mate!
