ofc europe practices daylight saving too, but afaik their timezone doesnt change name, its still CET. atm CET is +1 BST +2 GMT (i think its all a bit confusing :eek:)

Easier in the states where they practice daylight saving (in some states at least, not arizona for one), they change from EST to EDT (eastern standard to eastern daylight). its all to do with the clocks going back and forward at start/end of summer :eek:
