I would change +skill to +HP. You have 280 max HP and you only use 188 of it. Unless the 188 is a typo and should be 288... Cba to check

No need to put more mend in, spec heals which u use 98 % will be the same.

As for aug wouldnt use points on that, have a extra item like a staff with + max aug in, if u fell u need it.
But an extra item with 10 % buff bonus > the 6 aug

Very decent 99 qual templet imo and u got mend healer artifacts in it go go

Allakhazam is pretty updated afaik. So guess the stats are ~right, just missing the +3 All magic, not +2
