Just try and modify this template that prudil posted for a druid awhile back... would work perfectly fine i thin 
should still be able to get more or less the same stats

I might try and make a 1.88 template a bit later. You will however want to grab some rogs with +buffbonus and + skill. You will need 19+11 Aug and 25% buffbonus to cap your bases. You only need to switch in items when you buff, hopefully you won't die too often.
Support classes are hard to play though, you haven't given up on your shaman already I hope?
Edit: I have just seen the post by bloodomen, while its certainly a very nice template, its not specifically designed for a pac healer. As a pac healer items like CB, WH, EH are useful for winning mezz and also surviving as you will be frequently targetted alot.
