Elkie is dead right im afraid, too little con and hits, you need to be able to take a few hits as a healer.
also;
- GOV is a poor choice of chestpiece for a healer. The level 10 reactive proc will make a tank uncc'able if it procs. EH is the best choice followed by 2.10,rebirth and crafted.
- Gloves of rebirth are TERRIBLE for a healer. Allmost all that utility comes from the +4 magic skills which offers nothing for a healer
- Boz should be in it, very good either as an interupt tool or as a defensive charge (/use2)
Look for joor's template in this section it is very strong.
