I raised the question of speccing +Weapon on an unspeccable line on VNboards and they seemed to agree that it didn't do anything.

What is your Mend spec, btw? +Mend items will only help on baseline heal variance, so unless you're low mend and using unspecced heals regularly it will do no real good.

Here's my planned spec. I haven't got all the quest items yet. It only uses 99% items, epic legs and drops. With this I should be able to swap in the 2-hander and only lose some power, quickness and strength. The idea being that I'd like to lose the small shield for RvR disguise reasons...

Azal: is doesnt really matter, usless healers gets LA style, wich isnt unlikely coz we get all that is nerfed

Aha. I saw 8 Axe and didn't realise it was distance to cap. My suit above is the one I'm aiming for and I have all but one of the drops in it (and I've got a decent chance of getting that).

This is a template I worked out which only uses easily obtainable drops and could be put together by any healer pretty cheaply (the only drops are the Jade Moonshone Cloak from Malmo and the Glacial Diamond Ring from Hamer the snow vendo in DG). It uses a 4 point o/c on most items, which is pretty safe.
