If u put 10pts in piety from the start your cap at 50 is 190... at 48 it is 185...

Didn't really undestand that question but if you put 10 in to piety when you create your char then your piety cap will be 10 higher then if you wouldn't have done it.

i got 192 in piety now at lvl 47.

Stat caps from items at level 50 are 1.5x your level.
So at level 50 your cap from items for any stat is +75, add 75 to your base amount and you have your cap.
For example: I have 115base(pie) and 103base(dex) my cap from items for these is 190(pie) and 178(dex)
