24 hours after surgery and just had my first checkup, left eye is beyond 20/20 and I am delighted with it. The right eye isn't that great sadly, it is U.K. driving standard which isn't that much better than it was before the surgery. The consultant has told me that it can take 7 days or so for the eye to settle down and the full results to take shape but as it stands I am not pleased at all with my right eye today. I am going back in 7 days for my next checkup, if the right eye hasn't improved significantly then I am going to be making a serious complaint as I was assured that going for the most expensive Wavefront Lasik was 25 times more accurate than standard Lasik and that I could expect 20/20 or very close in each eye which as of today isn't the case so fingers crossed that right eye heals up well in the next week and vision improves.

How much did it cost btw?
cHodAX said:Well they all advertise at £495 per eye but that is for people with very slight eye problems and using the older equipment which is less accurate. I went for the full Lasik Wavefront which with my eye prescription costs £1295 per eye, so £2590 total cost which is bloody expensive to be honest but I hate wearing glasses and can't do contacts so this was my best option.
