Hasteprocc and druidhaste?

do these 2 stack with eachother?

Healer haste ( normal ) didn't stack with haste proc in mid. However celerity stacked with normal haste, so if it's a celerity proc ( drops in toa afaik ) it should stack.

i know that my verdant mace haste proc didnt stack with druid haste. but i did find a toa sword with haste proc that did stack with druid haste...

Theres some RoG weapons about with 30% haste procs on, these DO stack with the Druid specs, its basically the same as Mid's Celerity buffs, lasts 1 min.
