Has to be the crappiest movie ever...including Kill Bill.

I hate kill bill, only good thing about KB vol.2 is that it made vol.1 look a bit better. It just didn't strike me as an enjoyable movie... and i like movies...i liked rollerball for f*cks sake!

But, now there's competition that sthrives to beat even the legendary Nemesis 3 in it's utter crappines.

Darkwolf.

Go rent it. Honestly. You can't find a movie that is made with such a low budget, bad effects and poor acting these days.

though there was some semi lesbian action there so....

Gotta love people who shout films as being shit cos they miss the purpose behind them. Whether you like it or not, it's not a shit film. It's very clever, and if you're of the same heart as Quentin it'll strike a chord. If you're not, you won't care much about it or get it's tributism.

Quentin? ROFL

Hmm, anyway ... never got round to seeing KB2 but I didn't like KB1, not much story - just lots of attempts to shock the viewer which, after a while, becomes boring. No heart, no soul, nothing that lifts a film from a piece of celluloid to a work of art.

Bet you didn't like the matrix trilogy :p

EDIT: If i don't like a film, it's shit to me. Not shit to the world.

It's not a good film FOR ME if i don't like it and no Quentin Tarantula will change it.

Ok, let's talk simply for Swiftly.

You said:

"Whether you like it or not, it's not a shit film."

But, i can't say a film is good if, in my opinion, it's not.

Get it yet?

I got what you were saying, I was pointing out you talk shit.

Especially with that Matrix comment: are you 12?

I'll give you an example: I think the principle of money and society to be shit. Are they? Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean you shouldn't disregard looking for the worth in it.

Matrix comment, a joke towards your "artsy" way of looking at movies. Didn't answer it though :p <--Sympol means i'm not serious with this. Jesus...

You were pointing out that i talk shit because i didn't like a movie? That's like me saying that you like to watch gay porn and eat poo for breakfast.

I don't think there's anything "worth" in a quentin tarantino movie that tries, yes TRIES to be like the asian kung-fu/samurai movies. Atleast nothing that can be compared to something like society. I didn't like it, end of story. If you did, then say so, don't go saying i'm full of shit if i don't like something.

How is my view on films artsy? Again, you're talking shit.

That's ECA. I barely watch any artsty films.

Assumption is the mother of all fuckups, and you keep assuming. Just do yourself a favour and be quiet.

The "artsy" comment was towards this opinion. I rarely start looking at the "meaning" or "reason" for a movie. I just enjoy them.

Perhaps "artsy" was the wrong word for it.

Maybe you should try and discuss things without always resorting to straight out insults.

Like i always said, don't diss and 'cuss 'cause you can't discuss.

I have to say I found KB a little dull, but at the same time I loved all the in-jokes that it pays homage to, basically KB is just a tribute to so many other films ( frankly there is very little original content ), mostly japanese flicks it must be said, most of the fun I got out of it was from getting all the hidden references that nobody else around me got.

On its own without having seen and/or enjoyed at least a few of the films it pays tribute to and indeed the genre/s I think its a very very dull film.

I quite liked both the Kill Billies but it comes up a couple of times in an article in today's Guardian as one of the most hated films of all time, as voted for by 12 'film lovers'.

Choice quote has to be JG Ballard:

...Kill Bill Volume I, which I rented the other day, is dreadful. It was scarcely a film at all - just a lot of cinematic posing by Tarantino, who has obviously completely run out of ideas.

I really liked Kill Bill vol. 1&2 . Anyway the dialogues between Mrs. Thurman(Kiddo) and Mr. Carradine (Bill) are just great imo... Bill : " How do i look ? "
Kiddo: "U look ready.. "
And another fact i wanna point out is that many liked vol1 and didnt liked vol2 and vice-versa... I liked both though :D

I still fail to see how someone can claim to like Rollerball, dislike the Kill Bills then expect to be taken seriously in a film discussion. Seriously man, Rollerball?

you do insult alot more then give views i notice, sorry to say :p but anyway, i have to say i enjoyed both parts, i wouldnt say either were particually ground breaking or special to it's class/type of movie but it did still have a little something which made it special, maybe it was the name of the director.

it's like a BMW, you could make a total piece of shit BMW, that is wank as hell, but put the badge on the front, and you can guarantee it will sell.

sorry for the typos i'm tired :)

They are both quite good movies but no ''Wow holy shite thats a great movie''-movies.

Its more like you see it and 2 days later you see the posters for it and go ''Oh yeah, I saw that movie sometime'' and can't remember more then 10% of it.

I really enjoyed both 1 and 2. I think as with most Quentin Tarantino films, you either love them or hate them. Personally I love them all.

Opinions are like arseholes...everybody has one

QT expressed a good deal of interest in continuing the KB storyline with the child of Copperhead coming after the bride, in about 15-20 years time that is, wonder if he'll still be as interested then (and if the actress who played the child is still acting, he mentioned using the same girl grown up :))

Although all that may have been in jest :p
