People do RvR and exp, ToA has a tendency (for me anyways) to become too much sometimes, and a break from it (not DAoC) is needed.

And the "rush" is definately NOT over, a lot of the artifacts are pretty much killed on spawn.

I think it's slowed down alot atleast.. but there will always be ML raids, Artifacts beeing camped etc etc..
