Has Colialt been killed?

i was running past clifton going towards the pitch skeleton camp when i saw some blue txt appear so i went closer to check an found that a huge group of lamina were in a circle saying that they were going to be attacked etc etc (read screenshots)

anyway they had 5 groups of mobs attack them an they killed each group all red mainly purple to a L47 minstrel, there was about a 30 second pause between killin all mobs an then the next lot appearing

then when they had all died this named Colialt pops right next to me as well

i died so didnt see what happened next but seeing the huge mob wars is pretty cool

Theres been one 'official' raid on him on pryd .. about 20 ppl went and failed (only just).

A few ppl have tried to focus pull him with a cabbie + bots but his lifetap usually means he wins ;o

actually the attempt we did had about 30 ppl, about 5-10 didn't listen to what was being said and where either already aggro to the lammia or went attacking them, wiping most of the groups. Then we tried again but we couldn't find Colialt until it was too late.

I've gotten him to 10% with lammias helping, using 13 players. He supposedly has ~20 items at 100% in his lootlist with ~80UV items, including a quad 10% ring. The loot information was from a Dev.

The successful attempt in the US received a collared stealther cloak with health regen charges (52/tick) and some plate sleeves.

Now with Dual Shadows being added, he should be an easy kill, however his pop times are teh bore, sometimes you need to wait a few hours for his pop cycle to happen.

have taken quite a intrest into colait and have camped his spot a LOT tryin to get spawn pattern .... sadly after liek 4 days of constant re-login in at 17.30 game time to check if event has started i came up with only 1 answer ...

most u will have to wait if 3 hours and its tottaly random

trouble now comes bringin 2-3 fg's there and getin em to w8 ... ppl just tend to log outa boredom..........

i have seen the event many times and sometimes the lammies wins sumtimes the demileechs .....

the demileeches can number from 10 to about 30, totaly ramdon too
best i had colait down to was 50% solo ( thsi time wasnt many demis and lammia;s was all on him too
he has only been droped once on any server and it was done by not helpin lamia's at all and pullin him from the clifton side ... basicly let event run dont get involved and then zerg .....

ive seen ppl get aggro from freindly lammia's soo many times dureing this event and even with no 1 hitin em
if u do get involved into event and sum gets aggro a reser follow him at sprint and both disband and re-log asap or all of ya will die

i belive you will need at least 2 fg's 1 tank / healer heavy with pbt and 1 random willin to suicide pull demi's away from where he is when sheild is about to drop

before sheild is down he only aggros if u walk infront of him ...
contrary to wut ppl say no necro spells do NOT work on him before sheild is down

at 10% he lifetaps like mad this guy really doesnt wana die he will also target ppl resing and healers especially clerics .. protect doesnt seem to work with him ......
he hits for about 750 a pop on a buffed tank.

if people are willing to w8 up to 3 hours id b happy to lead a raid but ppl gota b commited to w8in

How about we log some chars there and play alts until spawn?

We could take turns each watching the spawn.

Get 3fg there and everyone take 10 mins each...that gives u 4 hours. When the spawn starts all log in and away we go.
