eek Faded Risen is nasty I have some spare cloth but it is commited to lower guild members I am afraid You should try a Dartmoor hunt, we usually get 4-5 pieces of stopepin dropping there each time and it all cons yellow at 46. Other that that I would stick with aqueous from dunters rather than faded risen which has reasonable af but piss poor stats. In the end it is the stats that matter for a Theurg like us, it is not our job to get hit and if we do then someone is not doing their job.

Yeah at 42 all off it will probably be orange. Stonepin will probably be yellow con right upto 48 or at least some of it will, it is a very odd set as some parts are af48 and some af44 but that stats are nice and it has some decent resistances for RvR.

The best cloth for a Theurgist is dropped from Cyhraeth, but they are a bit of a bugger to kill.

The Cyreth stuff looks fantastic and I never knew that jewel existed. Luckily I have x2 Ring of Arcane Words at the moment and each give +2 to all magics, combined with the bracer I am at +8 so that jewel would help me reach the +10 magics cap.

Does the slender ebony staff drop anywhere in barrows, or is it a particular mob or room that it drops in?
How do you rate the Staff of the South from the Hollow men, or should I just go for the slender ebony staff and save time?

Cyhraeths drops the nice cloth pretty often. Care should taken due to their nasty procs. They're undead and have lower resist than other mobs at similar level. Using the cleric stun, I think a 4-group of highlev smiters/fire wizzys could kill cyhraeths without taking damage.

Another good source for cloth drops (ancient ebony) is advisors in barrows. Undead casters with low resist and low hp -perfect. I soloed these from l47 with a smite40 cleric -very little risk and nice exp due to orange con. Advisors drops the slenderer ebony staffs and some bracer (I think) of arcane magic too.

slender ebony staff falls off the celts in lower barrows near the barrows liches. Personally I prefer the lvl40 epic staff for the extra focus levels but the slendedr ebony had higher dps and +15% energy resists which is superb for RvR.
