Has anyone ever ordered something at Watford Electronics?

Hey all, I hope you can help me.

On Sept. 30 I ordered a G400 MAX at www.watford.co.uk
So far, the only thing I have is a "receipt" on their webpage. No confirmations by email, no order status, nothing.
Since Oct. 8th I've written 3 emails to their customer service dept., but they haven't responded to them at all.

Has anyone ever ordered something at this company? What's the word on these people?

Any help is appreciated.

On another note, as far as hardware goes i only ever order from insight cause i know they are damn reliable. They haven't let me down yet

I don't know about Watford, never really had a look. Must check out their prices...
