Harpy Feather cloak-stealthers

Any1 knows as fact if it gives +4 stealth to stealthers instead of +4 parry? thx.

i got it on my ranger and nope, no stealth.
But at least you dont look like every other stealther in blue....

They can be dyed now. You mean they can be emblazoned with respective Guild emblems in 1.73...

I've seen people with dyed Cetus and Harpy Feather cloaks. One's a ML drop cloak and the other an artifact. I'd have thought if you could dye those, then really you ought to be able to dye them all...

SoM makes me sick when i see all of those peeps in blue.

only cure is to hack them down into little parts of something.

Cetus cloaks and maybe also the flawing antalya shawl (sp?) has always been dyable. Introduction of dyable/embleemable (is that a word?) artifact cloaks and the feathered wrap type of cloak won't go live before 1.73 afaik. Emblems on special cloaks looks ugly anyhow.
