Harpy feather charm buged??

Today i tried to finish the origin of the harpies quest in order to take the items and create the harpy feather charm.

While though foraging the pillars i took only the items i needed for the origin quest and from the 3 items i need in order to make the charm i got only the 1 (i didnt get the Harpy Talon and Bunch of Harpy Feathers and i got the animal bones).

I tried it again with a 2nd char and the same happened. Anyone else faced the same problem 2day or am i the only unlucky here? :x

NO! that happens to me too............with all 6 alts I have done it with.......I have to go and pay someone 1p for each item.....which of course is fine and dandy but annoys me because I am willing to do the quests in the first place.

This has been over quite a period of time too so it's obviously the way it works.

i rememebr when i have done this with my arms more than a year back though, i had np with this quest. i took all the items and created them.

So it was not always like this. Dunno why this happenes now but it sux paying for quest items tbh

As she of the golden thong says, its the way it works sadly.

I did the quest myself for the charm and only got enough items to do the original quest and 2 items from the sub-quest, I Rightnow'd it and was told the results are 'random'.

Yet I went back and did it with my theurgist and BB and got all items on both of those and some left over, which meant I could then hand over the last ingrediant to Kag and go finish it again, weird.

Take some alts or bb's and keep trying, you should get enough to get at least one charm.

And as Kagato said its random. Getting the Harpy Feather Charm is a sub quest, so if the game doesnt want to give you the items for it thats upto it. I did quest with 2 chars last week and had get someone from alliance to give me one of the items twice just to get it.
