Harpy cloak

Any1 used harpy cloak in 1v1s? having a hard time desiding wether to go with som or harpy cloak so if ppl who used it could help out it would be super tnx in advance

Although I dont have it yet, I reckon Disarm proc would mean an insta-win if you use the oppurtunity correctly. I dont use SoM cause of the qui+ which ruins my hero's frontload .
