Harpies cloak

Hiya guys,

Is it worth it for a flextic to get Harpies cloak or should I go for Feathered Wrap (or do you have any other suggestions)?

well if you can fit it in I would take harpies for the disarm proc if your a flex0r so you can ftwpwn melee!1!! <o/

yes tru i amusing it on my paladin for the same reason disarm rocks and procks often

I use it on my flextic, Disarm is ok, but also mainly becuase you cant get melee speed capped without it, unless you have some quite rare items.

a other way to cap if i had items would be.

SCW. 3
Plaited hair. 2
Levi ring of deep. 3
cap of suketh. 2 (ml6 bg steps mob)

EDIT:

Capping swing speed on a flex char is kinda important (you want to swing fast with all melees but with flex even more so)

getting to: 1.62 sec with SCW with haste charge. Not cap but good enough considering how good SCW is.

I hit at 1.9s with tartaros on my friar with my self haste on xD
