HARDEST SPECIAL FORCES
British Special Air Service
England’s SAS is arguably the best special forces unit in the world. It’s a clandestine organization, so they don’t wear any badges to distinguish themselves from the rest of the British Army. No tea drinkers, the commandos train nonstop until they become expert in survival, demolition, and counterterrorism. In 1980, when terrorists took over the Iranian Embassy in London, the SAS stormed the building and rescued all 26 hostages; the corpses of five terrorists were left behind.
