Drink a pint of water before you go to sleep, then follow up with more water in the morning if the previous pint didnt prevent the hangover.

I wish I'd followed that advice last night and not substituted the water with a cup a soup.

as a pro-am alcoholic I can state here for the record... no 'hangover cure' works as well as you want it to. The very finest idea is to get right back off the wagon and start drinking some more

I myself prefer an Irish Coffee to start things off gently.

I've just polished off a couple of glasses of champers and after a bath I'm gonna head off down to the pub for the pre-dinner warm up and I'll probably be asleep some time after Stuart Little. And then I'll spend Boxing Day on a drinking wind down so I don't get a hang over the day after

Oh btw...if you take Milk Thistle before drinking this apparantly prevents you from getting a severe hangover.

And its good for the liver...

Ive never tried it though.

Your buggered but take Paracetamol and aspirin, Alka seltezer, lots of water and salty food.

Several cans of Coke and a few bags of Ready Salted crisp are great. I used it on a Stag week in Benidorm, although the first day I chunderd on a Spanish women

I get some awrful hang overs. In total the day after the night before I chunderd 27 times in 4 days
